Ryan Borchers
Owner
From 5 years old I started using carpentry tools inherited from my Great Grandfather. The gift of using my hands started at a young age and has continued to evolve. My building career started in my home state of Oregon and continued in Sante Fe, New Mexico until I landed here over 20 years ago, building homes in Southwest Colorado. When I experience families moving into their new home or newly renovated home; I feel a great sense of connection and joy.

Operations Manager

Chris Lindell
Technical Coordinator
Chris Lindell and his wife, Kim, arrived in Colorado in 1994, working on projects in Telluride, Durango and the surrounding communities. Professionally, Chris has built many multi-million dollar projects from the ground up, covering details from foundation to finish.
Chris is the liaison between the Architect, Structural Engineer and Subcontractors. The aspect of Technical Coordination is a detailed and challenging labor of love. Chris’ goal is to bring together the people involved to create a positive and productive working environment. No two houses are the same, but the target is always to deliver a high quality product for a fair price. Chris is a confident leader, and still has an open ear for everyone involved in a project.

Evan Meyer
Project Manager
Evan was born and raised in Colorado and has been in the four corners area for 20 years. His building career started as a kid by following his grandfather around houses in Montrose CO that he was building and dreaming of being a carpenter some day.
His career path has been varied from Bicycle mechanic to Wilderness guide to Tandem paragliding instructor, yet there was always a building project going on in the background including van builds, yurts and remodels. After 10 year of working in the Wilderness therapy industry, including as a program director, he decided to follow in his grandfather’s footsteps and build houses full time. When he is not on build sites you can find him on two wheels, riding local mountain bike trails or touring the Western US on his motorcycle.

Pato Robles
Marketing Director & Carpenter
Pato began exploring the world of website development and online marketing in 2015 and quickly fell in love with the intangible qualities of the profession: discovering and sharing the stories behind the business as well as the flexibility it allowed me to work from anywhere in the world.
After years as a digital nomad, the desire to ground led Pato and his wife, Dani to settle in SW Colorado. Wanting to spend less time behind a screen he found work in the trades as a builder, specializing in hardwood flooring and carpentry.
His career has come full circle and nowadays you can either find him on-site with his bags on or behind his laptop running and optimizing marketing campaigns.
