Over the years, we’ve invested the time to build lasting relationships with some of the best subcontractors and tradespeople in the industry, people who take pride in their work and are truly exceptional at what they do. We don’t simply hire a crew for a project; we partner with professionals we know, trust, and have come to rely on for their expertise and attention to detail.

Ryan Borchers

From 5 years old I started using carpentry tools inherited from my Great Grandfather. The gift of using my hands started at a young age and has continued to evolve. My building career started in my home state of Oregon and continued in Sante Fe, New Mexico until I landed here over 20 years ago, building homes in Southwest Colorado. When I experience families moving into their new home or newly renovated home; I feel a great sense of connection and joy.
Isaac Borchers
Owner and Project Manager
Isaac grew up in Southwest Colorado, with a strong connection to the outdoors and working alongside his father, Ryan. Outside of work he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time in the mountains. He is passionate about woodworking and finish carpentry and enjoys connecting with the crew, clients, and subcontractors. He takes pride in quality, attention to detail, and functionality of his work within Lighthouse Construction.

Chris Lindell
Technical Coordinator
Chris moved to Colorado in 1994 and has been building here ever since, with projects ranging from modest homes to multi-million-dollar builds. The aspect of Technical Coordination is a detailed and challenging labor of love. Chris’ goal is to bring together the people involved to create a positive and productive working environment. No two houses are the same, but the target is always to deliver a high quality product for a fair price. Chris is a confident leader, and still has an open ear for everyone involved in a project.
Evan Meyer
Project Manager
Evan grew up in Colorado following his grandfather around build sites, where he first fell in love with carpentry. His career has included everything from wilderness guiding to therapy program direction, yet there was always a building project going on in the background. Over the years, he’s worked on remodels, van conversions, and custom homes, developing both skill and patience. Today, Evan brings that dedication and passion to every Lighthouse project.
Pato Robles
Project Manager
Pato sweats the small stuff so you don’t have to. A hands-on carpenter at heart, he knows what great craftmanship takes. As project manager, he keeps the schedule on track, coordinates the trades, and stays in close communication with you so there are no surprises along the way. The goal is simple: the home you envisioned is the home you get.
When not at work you can find him around Mancos with his wife Dani and their daughter Mona.
Sally Dziedzic
Marketing & Media manager
Originally from New Zealand, Sally is an entrepreneur, business owner, and storyteller with a passion for people, media, and meaningful connections.
She believes the real talent lies with the people doing the work: the builders, the craftsmen, and the team behind every project. Sally’s role is simply to help bring that talent into the spotlight by sharing the stories, passion, and personality behind the work.
Through media and marketing, Sally helps showcase what makes great businesses, and the people behind them, so special. For her, it’s about more than promoting a business; it’s about celebrating the people who build it, the clients they serve, and the relationships they create along the way.
Daphne Tingey
Office Manager & Bookkeeper
Daphne has been bookkeeping for Lighthouse Construction from its inception. She loves seeing people’s dreams come to fuition through Lighthouse. She believes in the motto, “Live in a home built out of love,” and thoroughly supports this as the basis for all of Lighthouse’s projects. She is available for Intuit questions, bookkeeping inquiries, and most other office questions. Daphne enjoys live theater and the performing arts. You can catch her on stage with Merely Players in Durango, CO, where she is a company member. She’s also a reiki master practitioner with her own practice in Durango.
