- Two restaurant projects rooted in adaptive reuse, historic preservation, and a sense of fun. Both spaces required transforming existing, often challenging buildings into fully functional restaurants,including the complex integration of commercial kitchens within unconventional footprints.
The client’s vision and personality guided each project, allowing the designs to feel distinctive while respecting the historic legacy of the original buildings. The result is a thoughtful balance of preservation, creativity, and playful hospitality design.
