Mancos ADU

Designed with the client’s Archaeologist’s eye for detail, this custom ADU transforms a compact footprint into a highly considered and character-filled home in Mancos, Colorado.

The design complements the main house through shared materials, proportions, and craftsmanship, while adding its own playful personality. Inspired by the charm of a dollhouse, custom built-ins, integrated storage, and clever space planning maximize every inch.

Quirky details and unexpected moments bring the small space to life, proving that thoughtful ADU design and custom millwork can make even the smallest home feel generous, functional, and uniquely its own.
